Halifax is the province’s largest city as well as the cultural, economic and educational hub of Eastern Canada. But every community in Nova Scotia is open to new immigrants.

Virtually every part of the province has established a Regional Development Authority (RDA). They are there to help new businesses succeed and new business ideas take flight. These businesses can be individual ventures or enterprises that focus on regional innovation.
